Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates
Combining our popular exercise for pre and postnatal clients with a specific one-day practical workshop for adapting Pilates exercises, this course is perfect for Pilates teachers wanting to increase their client base.
Exercise is and should always be as inviting and exclusive as possible, especially when it comes to special populations groups such as pre and postnatal women. It’s the role of a Pilates instructor or teacher to ensure this happens.
Pilates is one such form of exercise that is ideal for pre and postnatal women as it can be used to reduce low back pain, maintain stability, promote postural awareness and strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal wall. Being able to adapt Pilates for your pre and postnatal clients is guaranteed to make you a very in-demand instructor.
In order to help broaden your skillset, we’ve created the Level 3 Pilates for Pre and Postnatal Clients course. With this, we’ve combined the Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Instructor qualification with a specialised hands-on workshop.
If you haven’t yet completed the prerequisite course, take a look at the career packages on our Pilates instructor courses page where you will find these courses combined at a discounted price.
To enrol on this course you must already possess a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates. You’ll also need an interest and passion to help pre and postnatal women perform safe and effective exercise.
