Absolutely. Our Business Development and Careers Teams will work with you to find the best solution that fits your needs. If you have staff that have a lot of experience and who need a fast-tracked solution, we may be able to facilitate this by applying recognition of prior learning (RPL), reducing the amount of time needed to study before assessment. Conversely, if your staff need more instruction and tuition, we can facilitate this also.
Regardless of your business size, big or small, experienced or not, our team will work with you to fully understand your requirements before proposing a custom training solution. More often that not, we’ll provide multiple options to help increase the impact of your staff training.
Absolutely, if you want us to come and deliver the training and assessment in your workplace, we can do this no problem. Typically, we require a minimum of 6-8 students to be able to do this, but it does vary from one programme to the next.
In our experience, staff are usually most comfortable in familiar surroundings and so to get the best value and learning for your team, it would certainly be best to deliver the training in your workplace, but you will need to meet our minimum student numbers to make this financially viable.
If you do feel that it is likely to be too disruptive to your normal operations, or you don’t have enough staff to put on the course, then you can always send your staff on our regular courses and there are still discounts available for group bookings.
Yes. Our standard discounting model is 10% off every extra course place booked, regardless of the course. If you are booking a bespoke staff training package delivered in your workplace, we’ll be able to discount the courses more because we won’t be paying to hire a venue to deliver the training for you. Other variables that will also influence our pricing however are your location, as we may need to cover the travel and accommodation costs of our tutors, the length of the course, and any awarding body fees that are involved.

With corporate/business bookings, there are a couple of options for payment.
If you operate a purchase order system, you can send us a purchase order number from an official business/company email address and our team will validate the PO and invoice against this. Payment terms would be 30 days from the date on the invoice in this situation.
If you have a company debit/credit card, then you can also pay in full when you make the booking. In this situation, you would also receive our standard 5% prompt payment discount. Unfortunately, this discount isn’t available if you pay with a purchase order.
For individuals, we do have flexible monthly payment options, but these aren’t available for businesses because of the different consumer regulations that govern our Terms of Business.
Absolutely. We have a highly experienced team of Learning Support Tutors that are tasked with finding students that need support and helping them to complete their training. Our support team consists of a multi-disciplinary team of fitness educators with a broad and rich history of workplace and classroom experience, and they’re always available to provide support when our students need it. Our learner support service is the backbone of our organisation.
The short answer is yes, although this really does depend on the course and training you want. If we’re delivering some form of bespoke staff training for you that isn’t part of a regulated qualification, then off-the-shelf the training wouldn’t be CIMSPA endorsed, although your team could still use this towards their annual CPD points (10) because only 5 points need to be from fully CIMSPA endorsed training.
If you did want the training to be fully endorsed, we can absolutely do this by completing a mapping exercise and submitting this to CIMSPA for endorsement. Our Business Development and Careers Team will again be able to provide more detail on this for you.
